I think women on those dating sites seem desperate and real picky. Instead of looking for someone to get to know better and date (Step 1 and 2), they are looking for someone they could possibly marry by screening them right away. They say good guys are “hard to find”. You can’t just find them by a profile. You have to go further into it and get to know more about him before your conclusion. A lot of decent guys out there are frustrated about this and aren’t getting married because of it.

However, this was in the days before easy digital photos, so it was based on description and it was a surprise what you were gonna get. Even then, there were too many young girls or losers or psychos. Why would an attractive woman of age who gets hit on every hour go online? However, you do get the ones who want it.
